Check List
- * Passport original, with a minimum validity of six months
- * One copy (2inch x 2inch) recent and White Background Photo Lab Print (Recent)
- * A copy of National ID Card
- * A copy of Utility Bill such as Electricity/ Telephone/ Gas / Water bill (Recent Month)
- * A copy of statement of the bank account of the company of the applicant (for last six months)
- * A copy of statement of bank account of the applicant (for last six months) i.e. Personal Account
- * A copy of valid Trade License with Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- * Letter of recommendation from a recognized Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh(FBCCI/Concern Association Noteverble)
- * Certificate from chamber
- * Company Memorandum of Articles and Certificate in Corporation (If Limited Firm)
- * Forwarding Latter in Pad (Covering letter explaining purpose of visit and nature of business dealings)
- * Visiting Card
- * A Invitation letter from the sponsoring organization/company from India
- * IRC/ERC
- * India L.C Copy
- * All old passports must be submitted with the application form
- * Passport copy.
